Please save your story as a Word Doc (.doc or .docx) and send it as an attachment to: [email protected] with the subject line "Passed Down - GENRE" [Replace GENRE with either Fiction, Non-Fiction or Children's, as appropriate).
Other important things to note:
- Please adhere strictly to the maximum word limit of 1500 words - submissions that exceed this limit will not be considered
- Please submit your story on or before July 15, 2021
- Please be sure to state the genre of your story in your subject line so it can be reviewed by the appropriate specialist editor
- Due to the volume of entries we typically receive, only the winners will receive a reply. If you want feedback on your writing, please return to the previous page and purchase an "Assessed Entry"
The winner and selected finalists will be announced in late August.
