Dear aspiring author,
You've written your manuscript. Perhaps you've had some positive feedback from friends and family. But publishers aren't biting. So you may be wondering: Is there something in the way your book is being packaged that is putting people off? Does the idea have merit? Or are you just looking in the wrong places?
For over 30 years, we've been publishing successful and award-winning titles for adults and children. Our books last, being reprinted time and time again. We work with authors around the world and receive far more submissions than we could possibly respond to. This is why, for a limited time, we are offering a Publishing Reality Check service.
Get the objective opinion of a publishing professional and find out what you need to do to bring your book to the world. If your book is ready for publication, we'll reinforce your confidence and help you get noticed. If your book is not ready, we'll tell you what's missing. And if something is holding you back, we'll set you right so you no longer have to guess.
If you've been in the dark about where you stand with your book, then imagine this is a light switch.
Here's How 'Publishing Reality Check' Works:
This service is only available during limited windows when our senior publishing team has the time to spare amidst their standard publishing duties.
Currently Publishing Reality Check is: Available until August 15 or when all places are taken.
Step 1: Register. Use the button below to register and secure your Publishing Reality Check.
Step 2: Submit. Upon successful registration, you'll be given private contact details that will allow you to bypass our standard submission process and go straight to our senior publishing administrator. We highly recommend you include a brief cover letter with your manuscript to let us know more about you and your goals. Our administrator will make a preliminary assessment, and then send the book to our lead publisher in your genre, whether that's children's picture books, middle-grade fiction, or non-fiction including memoir, self-help, and history.
Step 3: Your decision. You'll receive a forthright and constructive response from our publisher within 21-30 days of submitting your book. This is designed to show you where your book honestly stands in the world of professional publishing, what your prospects are, and what steps you should take in order to achieve your goals.
Ready to find out where you stand and move your book forward? Just choose the option below.
Reminder: This service is available during rare windows only and closes on August 15, 2023.
